In this article we will be going over how to create staffing positions for your BEO tool.   There are two steps to this article.   The first will be to create the positions for the BEO.   The second step will be to assign employees to the positions they can work.


1 - Click on the Admin tab - Manage Employees bubble - Manage Employee Positions link.




2 - Existing Positions will appear.   From here you can Edit or Delete the positions.




3 - To add a new position, click on the Add New Position tab.




4 - A new page will appear and you will be able to add the Position and then click on the Save This Information tab.




5 - Your new position has been created.





6 - Your next step will be to add employees to the positions they can hold.


7 - Click on the Admin tab - Click on the Manage Employees bubble - click on the Manage Employees link




8 - Next locate the employee you want to mark for a position and click on the Edit Icon.




9 - Scroll down and at the bottom of the page the list of positions will appear.  You can then check off the positions the employee can hold and click the Save This Information tab.




You have now learned how to set up staffing positions and assign your employees to the positions for your BEO tool.
