In this article we will go over how to use the Sales Activity Report.   The Sales Activity Report will show several things:  New Prospects - Quotes Generated - New Customer Sales - Close Rate - # of Sales - New Sales - Average of New Sales - Total Sales - Average Sales at the top of the report.   Then you will be able to see a list of all the activities that have occurred in your RCS account for the date range you have selected.  Anything from a quote to an order to a phone call.


1 - Click on the More tab - the Reports tab - and then the Sales Report tab.



2 - Next click on the Sales Activity Report link.



3 - You will then select the Date Range you want to view.




4 - And then select the Employee you want to review.



5 - Click on the Generate Report tab.



6 - The report will Download as an CSV file.   Please note you can Email the report by clicking on the Click Here link.




7 - Once you click on the CSV file the report will open.



8 - From there you can review the information found in the report.
