RCS Catering Software keeps a record of every signature captured via the Delivery Driver Interface. In case of any issues, you can pull up the client's signature.
1. Find the ticket you are looking for and click on the drop down box labeled: "Choose A Function".
Scroll to the bottom of the choices and click on "View Signature" to pull up the signature.
NOTE: Only tickets that have been signed will have this drop down option.
2. The signature image will then appear.
